Menu for May 12-25

MONDAY: Grilled Bacon-wrapped Filet Mignon, sweet, red and white potatoes roasted with olive oil and rosemary, baked asparagus sprinkled with parmesan cheese and olive oil-butter blend

TUESDAY: Buffalo chicken (grilled), baked red potatoes, leftover asparagus

WEDNESDAY: Sloppy Joe's, potato chips, carrots, radishes

THURSDAY: Spaghetti & sauce & Chipolte

FRIDAY: $5 footlongs (Subway) and Quizno's

SATURDAY: Omlettes (breakfast) Italian sausages with penne pasta, whole grain bread (lunch), sirloin steak, asparagus, lettuce salad with gorgonzola cheese, dried cranberries, mandarin oranges & toasted almonds (dinner with Yeagy's)

SUNDAY: On the road -- Columbus IndianaDinner: Pasta leftovers and frozen pizza

MONDAY: On the road -- Cincinnati Creation Museum

TUESDAY: Pork chops, stuffing, asparagus, Boston Bibb Lettuce with onion, dried cranberries, gorgonzola cheese and sunflower seeds

WEDNESDAY: Homemade Mac & Cheese, zucchini stir fry, Boston bibb lettuce with tomato and homemade yogurt dressing, Pollock fish (adults)

THURSDAY: Breaded chicken/fish, fries, brocolli

FRIDAY -- MONDAY: On the road again!
