Tuesday: Crustless Quiche, cranberry-pomegranate smoothies

Wednesday: Fazoli's

Thursday: Spicy Chicken Burritos, zucchini & yellow squash w/ broccoli, green pepper, onion, garlic and fresh rosemary stir fry

Friday: Buffalo chicken Subs with bleu cheese dressing

Saturday: Breakfast: Donuts; Dinner: Baked Tilapia with parmesan-panko topping, Trader Joe's Israeli couscous mix, garden salad

Sunday: Pork BBQ on kaiser rolls, candied corn; supper: Pappa John's Pizza
