These cookies are so easy, my 11 year old mixed up a batch and baked them tonight!
1 package of cake mix (any flavor, but we like white cake)
1 stick of butter (1/2 c), softened, but not melted
1 egg
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together on low speed of mixer until blended. Drop by small spoon and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until they just start to brown. Makes about 40 cookies.
These cookies are soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside -- tastes yummy too!
