Baked Italian Meatballs

1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 pound mild sausage (bulk)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, cut thinly w/greens
2 TBSP fresh parsley, minced
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
3-4 grinds of pepper
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Mix together with hands until completely blended. Make into 15 meatballs. Place on greased pan - can drizzle a little olive oil on top otherwise. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cool and freeze or use with spaghetti recipes.
