Menu for September 28-October 4

Monday: Baked potato soup, toasted ham and cheese sandwiches with dijon mustard, apricot jello with apricots

Tuesday: Grilled pork tenderloin -- one with Emeril's Essence dry rub, the other teriyaki, roasted beets, parsnips, sweet and red potatoes with garlic and fresh rosemary, sweet-sour coleslaw, chocolate cheesecake (Joshua helped to make dessert)

Wednesday: Tuna noodle casserole with peas, apples with carmel dip

Thursday: Buffalo Wild Wings (yum!)

Friday: Chicken cordon Bleu, rice-orzo w/ lemon butter, parmesan sauce with capers

Saturday: Breakfast: Pancakes and bacon; Supper: Homemade pizza -- one with prosciutto, red onion,garlic, fresh mozzarella, provolone, dotted with pesto sauce and red sauce, the other one was deep dish with sausage, mushroom, black olives, red onions, fresh garlic, red sauce, fresh basil leaves, dotted with fresh mozzarella cheese

Sunday: Rebecca Peng took us out to Ruby Tuesdays for lunch -- Wow -- what a treat! (leftovers for supper)
