Menu for November 23-30

Monday: Chicken enchiladas


Wednesday: Frozen pizza

Thanksgiving Day: Turkey, mashed  potatoes, gravy, squash-sweet potato casserole, sausage dressing, cranberry-orange relish, fresh relishes (carrots, celery, orange pepper, broccoli, cucumber) with sour cream ranch dip, pickled beets, sweet pickles, olives, homemade pecan pie and homemade pumpkin pie with ice cream

Friday: Boston Market Beef brisket, creamed spinach, mashed potatoes, leftover sweet potatoes, mac & cheese

Saturday: Turkey w/ stuffing casserole, sweet potatoes, cranberry-orange relish

Sunday: Leftovers

Monday: Tex-Mex Turkey soup (you have got to make this recipe!)
