Meatball Subs

Using the recipe for Dave's Famous Gigantic Italian Meatballs, make smaller meatballs, about the size of a walnut, and bake them for less time.

Place the meatballs in your favorite marinara sauce and heat completely.

To make the Sub, place 3-4 meatballs in a sub bun that has been split. Top with provolone or mozzarella cheese and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Broil for a few minutes until bread is toasted and cheese is melted and slightly brown.

Serve with chips or Guiltless Parmesan Roasted Potatoes and a crisp lettuce salad.
