Quick and Easy Salsa
14.5 oz. can petite diced tomatoes with green chilies, well-drained
14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes, well-drained
4 oz. can green chilies
1/4 c. chopped red onion
2 medium garlic cloves, crushed (about 1 tsp)
1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1 small to medium jalapeno, sliced, seed for milder flavor
A half lime, juiced
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for about 1/2 hour to an hour for flavors to blend. Serve with your favorite chips or Tex-Mex food.
Makes about 4 cups of salsa.
