Menu for October 20-Nov. 2

MONDAY: Tator tot green bean casserole, apples & grapes

TUESDAY: Fried blackened chicken, parmesan noodles, spinach salad w/ homemade red wine dijon vinegarette dressing


WEDNESDAY: Chopstick Tuna casserole, green beans


THURSDAY: Pork Chops w/cornbread stuffing, roasted & herbed beets & parsnips, acorn squash w/ cranberry & raisin sauce


FRIDAY: Frozen pizza

SATURDAY: Egg, swiss cheese, bacon and biscuit sandwiches (breakfast), Deli roasted chicken, mashed potatoes (lunch), chicken tortilla soup (dinner)


SUNDAY: Green chile chicken enchiladas, Costa Rican rice (lunch)


MONDAY: Lasagne, garlic bread, spinach salad with pear, bleu cheese, toasted walnuts


TUESDAY: chicken paprika with whole wheat noodles


WEDNESDAY: Taco Bell & Rally's


THURSDAY: Chicken pot pie, apples & grapes


FRIDAY: Halloween -- eat at Harvest Festival


SATURDAY: Penn Station (lunch), frozen pizza


SUNDAY: Pork schnitzel, spaetzle, spinach salad w/dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, red onion, & almonds (lunch), leftovers & nachos (dinner)
