Coleslaw for Pork-beef BBQ sandwiches

1/2 head cabbage (green)
1 large carrot, peeled
2 slices of sweet onion

Shred all 3 of the above vegetables in a food processor. You should have about 4 cups total.

Dressing
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. celery seed
Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix the dressing ingredients until smooth and sugar dissolved. Add to 4 cups of slaw & seve on top of the BBQ pork-beef Sandwiches or on the side.
