Old-fashioned Vinegar Coleslaw

1/2 head cabbage (green)
1 large carrot, peeled
2-3 green onions, sliced (tops included)

Shred cabbage and carrots in a food processor. Add the green onion. You should have about 4-5 cups total.

Dressing
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. celery seed
Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix the dressing ingredients until smooth and sugar dissolved. Add to slaw mixture; ser
ve on top of the BBQ pork-beef Sandwiches or on the side.
