Menu for May 4-10

Biscuit Beef Bake

Biscuit beef bake, asparagus, snow peas stir fry and cooked spinach

Tuesday: Chicken Enchiladas, Spanish rice, homemade refried beans, chips, salsa, & guacamole, margaritas!

Wednesday: Leftovers

Thursday: Walmart pizza

Friday: Hamburgers (boys), homemade guacamole & tamales (us)

Saturday: Brunch: fresh spinach, spring onion, asparagus & swiss cheese omlette w/ toast; Supper: Grilled Buffalo chicken w/ homemade bleu cheese dressing, raw carrots, rice & orzo pilaf w/ spinach & parmesan cheese

Sunday: Mother's Day - Dave cooks! Brunch: Granola Belgium Waffles; Dupper: Filet Mignon with a mushroom, shallot, cabernet sauce, "loaded" twice baked potatoes, blue cheese0balsamic walnut asparagus, strawberries & cream shortcake
