Wednesday: Leftover jerk sandwiches, coleslaw & jello
Thursday: Salmon mignon, baked potatoes w/sour cream & cheese, stir fried asparagus with shallots
Friday: Ate out at El Mason (Mexican)
Saturday: Brunch: Waffles; Dinner: Grilled Italian dressing chicken w/ stir fried asparagus, snow peas, spinach & penne pasta & crusty bread
Sunday: Dinner: pork BBQ sandwiches, coleslaw, baked beans supper: leftover pasta, tacos & spaghetti
