Menu for June 29- July 5

Monday: Grilled Salmon, stir-fry veggies, couscous

Tuesday: Grilled pocket dinners w/ ground beef, green beans, potatoes, onions

Wednesday: Cajun smothered chicken, patty pan squash (stir fried)

Thursday: Morton, IL to see Z's

Friday: (lunch at Cheddar's); Dinner: leftover pizza (from Dave's meal the night before)

Saturday: Independence Day -- Guacamole (appetizer) Grilled Margarita shrimp, cilantro rice, huge fruit salad; b'sketti burger (NDC), fried chicken, deviled eggs

Sunday: Egg Bagels with ham and swiss cheese, BBQ ribs, corn on the cob, fruit salad, coleslaw
