Thursday: Morton, IL to see Z's
Friday: (lunch at Cheddar's); Dinner: leftover pizza (from Dave's meal the night before)
Saturday: Independence Day -- Guacamole (appetizer) Grilled Margarita shrimp, cilantro rice, huge fruit salad; b'sketti burger (NDC), fried chicken, deviled eggs
Sunday: Egg Bagels with ham and swiss cheese, BBQ ribs, corn on the cob, fruit salad, coleslaw
