Menu for February 15-28

Monday: 15-bean and ham soup, cheddar cheese bread, veggies and dip, leftover jello

Tuesday: Salmon papillote w/orzo pilaf, salad

Wednesday: Chicken Noodle soup

Thursday: Broccoli-stuffed chicken, fettucine alfredo, salad

Friday: Awana dinner

Saturday: Caribbean Pork Loin w/ sweet potato, red onions and pineapple, vanilla yogurt fruit salad

Greek Island Fish Pockets
Sunday: Lunch: Greek Island Fish pockets, couscous, hummus & pita chips; dinner: Jane's Hot Subs

Monday: Pork pita pockets w/ sweet potato chips

Tuesday:  Leftovers

Wednesday: Chicken chow mein over rice

Thursday: Beef Ragout, polenta, salad
