Menu for March 1-7

Monday: Pasta e Fagioli, crusty bread

Tuesday: Shrimp Linguine in a Pesto Cream Sauce, fresh broccoli, garlic toast

Shrimp w/ pesto-cream sauce

Wednesday: Leftovers (Camille out to eat with Nancy Arce)

Thursday: Chicken burritos, tacos, crunch wraps, beans, spicy rice

Friday: Sushi, Fried catfish, hush puppies (Skillet concert -- NDC)

Saturday: Bobby Flay burgers (onion rings, BBQ sauce, smoked cheddar, bacon, roasted jalapenos), homemade french fries, sweet potato fries w/ Emeril's Essence, broccoli

Sunday: Teriaki pork tenderloin, Israeli couscous, wedge of iceberg lettuce w/ bleu cheese dressing
