A wonderful side dish to any grilled meat. We served ours with a Lemon-Honey Grilled Chicken.
1 pound fresh quartered mushrooms
3-4 tablespoons dry sherry
1 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Melt butter and olive oil in a large frying pan, add mushrooms and cook some of the water out. When mushrooms are still firm, add the sherry and spices and cook on medium heat until liquid is mostly absorbed and thickened.
