Honey Lemon Grilled Chicken

3 large chicken breasts, pounded slightly
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
2 tsp. freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
4 large garlic cloves, crushed

Put all the above ingredients in a gallon Ziplock bag and marinade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes -- 1 hour is better.

Heat grill and take chicken out of the refrigerator to warm up slightly. Grill on medium-high heat for 12-15 minutes, turning once. Marinade, but remember to always cook the chicken after applying. Check for doneness and cook until juices run clear.

"Kid-friendly" chicken -- very moist and tasty. Be sure to discard unused marinade.

 Serve with rice pilaf and sherry mushrooms and grilled asparagus.
