Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley or 2 tsp. dried parsley
1 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
1/4 teaspoon of dry dill (or a teaspoon chopped fresh)
Stir together buttermilk, mayonnaise, sour cream, and lemon juice until fully mixed. Add in the herbs and spices and adjust for taste.

Variation: Buttermilk, blue cheese dressing -- just add 1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese to the recipe (or adjust amount based your personal preference)!

Keeps for a week in a covered glass jar (mason jar works great) in the fridge.

Makes 2 cups
