SATURDAY: Asparagus, onion and spinach omletes and bacon (breakfast), Quesadillas (lunch), Stir fry beef tenderloin and veggies with rice noodles, egg rolls, fresh fruit(dinner)
SUNDAY: brats, potato salad and baked beans, CFA coleslaw (lunch), leftovers (dinner)
