MONDAY: Grilled chicken marinated w/ Italian dressing and buffalo sauce, Italian pasta salad w/ farfelle, fresh fruit salad with plum, peach, nectarine, blueberries, strawberries, and mango
TUESDAY: Cheeseburgers, tomatoes, cuke salad w/ sour cream, leftover fruit salad and leftover pasta salad
WEDNESDAY: Pasta w/ pesto, leftover pasta salad and fruit salad, (boys had mozzarella cheese sticks too)
THURSDAY: Grilled Alaskan (copper river) salmon, tabouleh (see recipe on my blog), stir fried mixed veggies of yellow squash, patty pan squash, fresh mushrooms, onion, banana pepper, eggplant, fresh rosemary
FRIDAY: Pizza (boys and Dave)
SATURDAY: Eggs and cinnamon rolls, Date night (Rock Bottom)
SUNDAY: Chipotle chicken sausages with onions and peppers, Israeli couscous, broccoli, grilled eggplant with mozz. cheese (lunch), leftovers (dinner)
