MONDAY: Pork Chops with stewed tomatoes, onions, peppers, couscous or baked potatoes
TUESDAY: Chicken fajitas with zucchini, yellow squash, jalepeno peppers, onions, trimmings, costa rican rice, refried black beans, strawberries (Cooksey's over for dinner)
WEDNESDAY: Salmon with Mexican seasoning, Oriental sesame noodles
THURSDAY: Homemade mac & cheese, fruit, cold beet salad
FRIDAY: Grilled pockets (ground beef, potatoes, onions, green beans, cheese)
SATURDAY: Nathaniel made breakfast of pancakes, egg sandwiches, and scrambled eggs with cheese, Fazoli's (dinner)
SUNDAY: (lunch for CMC at church) Pesto, chicken, onion, mushroom, fresh mozarella and pinenut pizza (homemade), sausage, pepperoni, and onion pizza (boys)-- homemade
