Menu for Dec. 22-28
MONDAY: Baked ham with savory cranberry sauce, twice baked potatoes, snap peas w/ pine nuts and honey
TUESDAY: Italian tortillini soup, homemade bread
WEDNESDAY: (Christmas Eve) - Appetizer night: grape jelly meatballs, garlic cheese dip, hot crab dip, spinach-chipolte dip, shrimp ring, mini ham sandwiches w/ cheese, veggies and dip, boursin cheese, deviled eggs, cheese & crackers, chips, cookies, sparkling grape juice, margaritas
THURSDAY: Christmas Day: Brunch -- eggnog french toast, maple sausages, mimosas; Dinner: mustard seed & pepper-encrusted prime prime rib, smashed potatoes, veggies & dip, rolls, cookies
FRIDAY: Frozen pizza
SATURDAY: Scalloped potatoes & ham, green beans
SUNDAY: Spinach, mushroom onion, bacon & feta omlettes & croissant rolls (breakfast), Mexcian food (Greenwood) Dinner
