Menu for June 15-21

Monday: Breaded chicken tenders, homemade cheesy fries, loaded smashed potatoes, broccoli

Tuesday: Italian sausage and rigatoni w/ fresh herbs, crusty bread

Wednesday: Baked pork chops & stuffing, snap peas, beet & lettuce salad w/Dijon vinaigrette dressing

Thursday: (Boy Scout cook out/campership) Grilled bourbon glazed chicken sandwiches

Friday: (Caleb & Amanda here) burgers, brats, potato salad, baked beans

Saturday: Lunch: Acapulco Joe's; Dinner: BBQ baby back ribs, roasted corn on the cob, leftover potato salad (and lots of napkins!)

Sunday: Lunch: Roseli's Chicago-style pizza; Dinner: Leftovers
