1 can of whole kernel corn, well drained (or use fresh or frozen corn)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
heaping 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Saute' onion in butter until soft. Add honey, brown sugar and peppers. Stir until blended. Add corn and heat all ingredients. Cook on low heat until liquid is reduced and corn becomes "coated." Stir to avoid burning.
