Grapefruit, Avocado, Fennel Salad

1 large pink grapefruit, peeled and cut into slices 

2 small or 1 large avocado, sliced 

1 small fennel bulb, sliced

1 small box arugula

Pistachio nuts

Place all in a salad bowl and toss with white balsamic vinaigrette (see recipe link)
