Menu for May 26 - June 1

MONDAY: On the road home

TUESDAY: Salmon en Papolet, lettuce salad w/gr. onions, gorgonzola cheese, grape tomatoes, vinegarette dressing, strawberries with sponge cakes

WEDNESDAY: Meatballs and spaghetti, ground beef tacos

THURSDAY: Babyback ribs, pasta-potato salad, corn on the cob, strawberries

FRIDAY: Frozen pizza dressed up with artichokes, black olives, onions, extra cheese & spices (Ryan, Nathan and Andrew sleepover)

SATURDAY: Omlettes, toast, bacon (breakfast), chicken noodle, hold the soup (Rachel Ray's recipe)

SUNDAY: Leftovers
