Joshua's Orangie Orange-cream Sodas
Joshua created this delicious dinnertime punch! We all got a taste tonight and the verdict was: A winner!
Orange soda
Orange juice (no pulp)
Cream soda
Orange sherbet
Slices of oranges (for garnish)
In a tall glass, fill one quarter full of orange soda, one eighth more with orange juice, and about a quarter or more full of cream soda. Add a scoop or two of orange sherbet and watch it get foamy.
To make orange slice garnish: slice an orange (with peel) into quarter inch slices, then slice in half to make half-moons. Sprinkle with sugar and place on a wax paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze until hard and crystalized.
To garnish -- cut a half moon orange slice slightly so that it can hang along the edge of the glass.
